Carol Branget is employed at the Sexual Assault Crisis Centre as the Children’s Program Social Worker.
Carol holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor. She has worked in child protection and generalized children’s mental health and has been the Children’s Program Social Worker at the Sexual Assault Crisis Centre for more than fourteen years. She teaches sessionally at the University of Windsor, has been declared an Expert Witness for Court and has provided training to many professionals in the areas of treating children who have been sexually abused, children who display sexually reactive behaviours and in treating children who have suffered trauma.
Carol Branget believes that a Child and Youth Advocacy Centre will allow for additional support to the children and families of Windsor/Essex faced with challenging circumstances. Carol also believes that building strong community partnerships is extremely important to be sure that all Child and Youth Victims receive the best possible services.
