Director
Debra is a native of Windsor and has recently returned to her post as General Manager and Director of Leasing at Tecumseh Mall after taking on the task of repositioning the Toronto International Design Centre in Mississauga throughout 2017 and 2018.
Previously she was appointed National Director, Specialty Leasing and Partnerships for 20 VIC Management and worked alongside her team in shopping centres across the country along with managing Tecumseh Mall.
Preceding this Debra held the position of Regional Director, Specialty Leasing and Partnerships for Ivanhoe Cambridge, Central Region.
Debra is passionate about working with entrepreneurs, building relationships and new business development.
She has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centres for over 20 years and served on the faculty for The John T. Riordan School of Professional Development for 10 years. Debra attended the University of Windsor and is currently attaining her license with the Ontario Real Estate Association.
Ms. McVeety maintains strong community relationships with a number of local non-profit organizations and is an active member of 100 Women Who Care and most recently been offered the privilege of joining the Board of The Windsor Essex Child/Youth Advocacy Centre.
