Edward Marocko recently retired after a 30-year career serving as a Police Professional in the Province of Ontario. Edward is a graduate of St. Clair College Law and Security Program as well as numerous professional related programs at the Ontario and Canadian Police Colleges. Edward has served in Investigations, Training, Communication and Administrative Units with the Leamington Police Service and the OPP.  He has worked internationally with the New Zealand Police Service and with Municipal, Provincial and Federal partners in Public Safety.  Edward is St. Clair College “Alumni of Distinction” and has been awarded Ontario Exemplary Service Medal and the Ontario Medal for Police Bravery.

 

In 2018, Edward embarked on a new career, Teaching, Mentoring and Inspiring future Police Officers and Public Safety Professionals as Professor in the School of Community Studies at St. Clair College (Windsor).

 

Edward has dedicated his adult life to serving the community and working for the “True Victims of Crime” There is no greater responsibility in our society, than to serve others who are less fortunate.  Marocko believes that “Children deserve love, laughter and peace; Not Abuse.
