Kimberly works as the Director of Intake and After Hour Services at the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society.
Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor in 1993 and her Masters of Social Work degree from Dalhousie University in 2005. She obtained her PhD in Social Work from Wayne State University. Kimberly has worked in the child welfare field in a variety of roles since 1993. Kimberly is a certified trainer for the Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies and delivers ongoing training to child welfare professionals. She has also worked as a sessional instructor for the University of Windsor since 2005 and teaches a wide range of social work skills at every level of intervention.
I believe in the importance of this project. The children of this community have the right to professionalism, compassionate care, and the security that this initiative will provide. I am honoured to be a part of it.
