She has led a number of key community projects including a lead role in the local COVID-19 pandemic response, and has a deep understanding of public policy development and implementation, client centered pathway development and improvement, and planning processes both at the operational and strategic level.  Kristy believes that ensuring the ongoing safety, health and well-being of children is our collective, and most significant, responsibility. By supporting the mission of the Child/Youth Advocacy Centre as both a Board member and a parent, she hopes to utilize her personal and professional experience to help the Centre pursue and advance all opportunities that promote abuse prevention, awareness and response initiatives for local children and families.
